Edited from the 1.0 version to replace GNC Mega Men Max Nutrition because it's been discontinued in Hong Kong.

Feel free to leave comments if you have any suggestions (Such as getting Potassium Citrate from a cheaper source, because Purebulk ships from the US with a not-so-cheap shipping rate iirc).

Fiber is below 28g because I supplement it separately (I take Metamucil capsules, http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001G7QVAE). If desired you can add Metamucil (or equivalent) powder to the DIY soylent instead (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001H9X8IY).

My nutrition profile (taking into account activity levels) recommends 2030-2070 calories a day.
